The summer research 2024 Online Application IS OPEN NOW! If you experience issues with getting to the summer programs applications, email us @ endure@wustl.edu.
Applications can be submitted on or after November 1st, 2023 and will remain open until midnight on February 2, 2024. The application system is on Eastern time, so it will close at 11:59 PM Eastern time on February 2 (with midnight being 2/3).
Only complete applications will be reviewed, which must include:
- Personal and educational profile questions within the online application.
- Personal statement outlining your research experience (if applicable), what makes you an outstanding candidate for the program and how participation will assist your career goals.
- Transcripts for each post-secondary institution you have attended. Official and unofficial transcripts are acceptable. Documents must include Fall 2023 grades.
- Two letters of recommendation: Supply contact information for your recommenders in the online application. They will be e-mailed instructions for uploading their letters. It is your responsibility to ensure they received this message. You can monitor the status of your letters via the application portal.
Application deadline: February 2, 2024

Acceptance notifications: Last week of February, 2024
Students will be selected for their demonstrated interest in neuroscience, enthusiasm for graduate study in a neuroscience-related field and their academic performance to date.
Program Dates: May 26, 2024 – August 2, 2024 Students will arrive on campus on Sunday, May 26, participate in our Closing Symposium on Thursday, August 1, and return home on that evening or on Friday, August 2nd.
